Some buildings have TVT cameras, some have Dahua. Both send the plate, the picture and the direction.
The garage checks whether the plate is allowed, whether there is a spot and whether it is the right floor. If it is allowed, the barrier rises. If it is not, the guard sees the plate and the picture and lets the vehicle through. The note stays on record.
The camera stays on the wall. What changes is who is allowed in, what the owner sees on the phone and what the report shows.

Those pages sit on the guard's monitor without a sign-in. If you turn sign-in on, only someone with an account sees the plate and the picture.
The owner confirms the deletion in the profile and by email. The car still enters, because the garage still has the plate and the spot.
The manager opens the same report on the phone and on the screen in the garage. They download Excel or PDF.
