The central system and the parking spot keep adapting
We keep updating them. A new entrance, a different order on the spot and a clearer report go into the system that already runs, and cars keep passing.
Security watches the live cameras, full screen and a picture of the car that just passed.
Those pages sit on the guard's monitor without a sign-in. If you turn sign-in on, only someone with an account sees the plate and the picture.
The owner deletes the account from the profile. The apartment, the plate and the spot stay.
The owner confirms the deletion in the profile and by email. The car still enters, because the garage still has the plate and the spot.
Three reports: who is in the garage, owners with spots and who went over.
The manager opens the same report on the phone and on the screen in the garage. They download Excel or PDF.
The manager marks the exit when the camera did not see the car leave.
A dirty plate, a blinded camera or a barrier raised by hand. The manager marks the exit and the next owner can enter.
A deleted plate does not free the spot while the car is still in the garage.
The plate is deleted, the car is inside. The spot stays taken until the exit.
A message on the phone when a car enters or leaves, and when an apartment goes over its spots.
The moment the plate passes the barrier, the owner gets a message. For a plate they do not follow, they switch the message off.
In the app you pick the entrance and tap Open. The barrier rises.
For now an administrator raises the entrance. The same opening is coming for the manager and the owner. The exit still rises by itself, on the plate.
Each plate has a place in line. The first takes the apartment's spot, the next one waits.
The first plate enters a free spot of that apartment. The next one waits. Someone else's car does not take someone else's spot.
An entrance lets in only the plates that have a spot on that floor.
Each entrance is tied to a floor. The screen shows how many spots are taken on B1 and how many on B2.
The owner signs in with an email invitation, their own password, or a Google and Apple account.
The same account works on the phone and in the browser. The manager sees who has already signed in.
When an apartment has more cars inside than spots, the report records from when to when.
The manager gets a message. The same view stays in the report, in Excel or PDF.
The number on the screen is how many cars are inside, taken off the number of spots.
The guard and the manager look at the same number. They do not count cars from the camera.
TVT and Dahua cameras send the plate and the picture. The garage raises the barrier from the same decision.
The plate, the picture and the direction arrive in the same garage. If the plate is allowed, the barrier rises.
The guard corrects a misread plate once. The next time, the same mistake raises the barrier.
The entry, the spot and the exit go to the real registration. The report has one plate, not two.
