A garage that knows who's coming in

Smart garage for residential buildings

Owners drive in without a card, a remote or a guard. The camera reads the plate, the barrier opens by itself, and the manager and the apartment owner see everything on their phone.

How it works

From plate to open barrier in a moment

  1. 01

    The camera reads the plate

The ANPR camera at the entrance recognises the registration and sends an event to the system in the garage.

  2. 02

    The system decides

It checks whether the plate belongs to an owner, whether there is a free spot and whether the garage is full.

  3. 03

    The barrier opens

The car drives in, and the owner gets a notification on the phone that it has entered.

Features

Everything a building garage needs, in one place

Barrier from your phone

A delivery, a contractor or a guest. The manager raises the entrance with one tap. The exit opens by itself, and every manual opening stays on record.

Barriers screen with an Open button for each entrance

Owners and plates

Every apartment, its vehicles and spots. A change in the app reaches the garage right away, and the other way round.

Notifications

Vehicle entry and exit, spot overflow and messages from the building manager reach every phone on the account.

Parking spots

An apartment has three plates and one spot. The first takes the spot, the next waits, and someone else's car does not take it.

Reports

They record who is inside, who went over and for how long. Excel and PDF.

Live cameras

Live view of the entrances and a snapshot of every event with the plate, for the guard and the manager.

Does not depend on the internet

The garage decides locally. When the connection is back, everything syncs with the app on its own.

Technology

Our own code, from the camera to the phone

GiT Parking is not a boxed product or a white-label app with our logo on it. Every part was written by our team on a modern stack, so we know every line and adapt it to your building.

  • 100%our own code, no white-label

Security

Built so the garage stays closed to strangers

Hashed passwords

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Owners set their own password from an email invitation link.

Roles checked on the server

Administrator, building manager and apartment owner. A manager only gets the buildings assigned to them, checked on every request.

The garage calls out, not in

The sync agent opens no port. It connects out to the central server with its own site key, so the central server cannot be used to break into the garage.

Protected sign-in

reCAPTCHA, a short lockout after failed attempts, and Google or Apple sign-in. Traffic to the central server runs over HTTPS.

Every manual open is logged

Opening the barrier by hand requires a note and ends up in a report: who, when and why.

Your data, your servers

Events live on the server in the building, snapshots there or in an S3 bucket. The central server gets only what the app needs. Old snapshots are deleted automatically.

From the app

Built for the phone first

Real screens from the app. Names, emails and plates are blurred.

Who it's for

Everyone sees what they need

Administrator

All buildings, users, roles and settings. Turns email and push notifications on and off.

Building manager

Only their own buildings: owners, plates, spots, messages to owners and the barrier from the phone.

Apartment owner

Their vehicles and spots, entry and exit notifications and messages from the building manager.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is GiT Parking an off-the-shelf product?

No. The whole system, from receiving the camera event to the app on the phone, was written by our team. That is why we can change and extend it for your building.

Does the barrier work without internet?

Yes. The entry decision is made by the system in the garage. The app and the central server are for overview, messages and remote opening, but the barrier never waits for them.

Which cameras do you support?

TVT and Dahua ANPR cameras. The camera reads the plate and sends an event, the system checks the owner and the spot, then opens the barrier.

What does an apartment owner get?

An account in the app, their vehicles and spots, a notification when their car enters or leaves, and messages from the building manager.

What does the building manager do?

Manages owners, plates and spots of their building, sends messages to owners and opens the barrier from the phone. They only see the buildings assigned to them.

How do owners sign in?

With email and password, or with a Google or Apple account. The invitation arrives by email and the owner sets their own password.

What if there are more cars in the garage than spots?

The system records it as an overflow, notifies the building manager and keeps a report of who was over the limit and for how long.
