Each entrance is tied to a floor. The screen shows how many spots are taken on B1 and how many on B2.
A garage on two levels has a separate entrance for each level. An entrance is tied to one or more floors.
A plate enters only if it has an allowed spot on that floor. Leaving is always allowed, from any level.
Next to the total number inside, the screen shows how full each floor is. The guard sees B1 and B2 separately.

Those pages sit on the guard's monitor without a sign-in. If you turn sign-in on, only someone with an account sees the plate and the picture.
The owner confirms the deletion in the profile and by email. The car still enters, because the garage still has the plate and the spot.
The manager opens the same report on the phone and on the screen in the garage. They download Excel or PDF.
