The guard and the manager look at the same number. They do not count cars from the camera.
The garage overview shows how many vehicles are inside and how many spots the garage can still take.
If a car is inside, on its own spot or entered as a guest, the free spots drop. The list of empty spots still shows which ones are physically free.
The number changes while the guard watches the screen. The page does not need to be reloaded by hand.

Those pages sit on the guard's monitor without a sign-in. If you turn sign-in on, only someone with an account sees the plate and the picture.
The owner confirms the deletion in the profile and by email. The car still enters, because the garage still has the plate and the spot.
The manager opens the same report on the phone and on the screen in the garage. They download Excel or PDF.
