A dirty plate, a blinded camera or a barrier raised by hand. The manager marks the exit and the next owner can enter.

Those pages sit on the guard's monitor without a sign-in. If you turn sign-in on, only someone with an account sees the plate and the picture.
The owner confirms the deletion in the profile and by email. The car still enters, because the garage still has the plate and the spot.
The manager opens the same report on the phone and on the screen in the garage. They download Excel or PDF.
