The moment the plate passes the barrier, the owner gets a message. For a plate they do not follow, they switch the message off.
The message says the car entered or left. If the account is open on two phones, both get the same message.
On the profile the owner, for each of their plates, switches off what should not ring. The second car in the apartment, or an exit they do not care about.
The manager gets a separate message when an apartment has more cars inside than spots. The message stays in the app.

Those pages sit on the guard's monitor without a sign-in. If you turn sign-in on, only someone with an account sees the plate and the picture.
The owner confirms the deletion in the profile and by email. The car still enters, because the garage still has the plate and the spot.
The manager opens the same report on the phone and on the screen in the garage. They download Excel or PDF.
